Audrey Kwan
Audrey Kwan is Partner at Weaver Austin Villeneuve & Sampson. Ms. Kwan's practice focuses on intellectual property, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, counseling on U.S. and international strategic patent portfolio development, advising on patent monetization, establishing corporate intellectual property infrastructure, conducting intellectual property audits, and preparing legal opinions.
Areas of expertise include digital and analog circuitry, signal processing, networking, computer architecture, wireless infrastructure, software, neuroscience, and neural engineering. She has represented clients including Altera Corporation, Cisco Systems, Broadcom, MobiTV, KLA-Tencor, Sun Microsystems, and Nikon, as well as other emerging companies and individuals.
Ms. Kwan is admitted to the State Bar of California (2000) and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (2000).
Ms. Kwan is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund.
