Alternative Career Paths

Although we hire superior practitioners with the intent that each will become a partner in the firm at some point in time, we also recognize that the demands of partnership may not necessarily appeal to everyone. There are many alternative career paths that allow for experienced practitioners, not interested in partnership, to continue to play a vital role within the firm. The fact that our compensation structure is directly based upon billing and collections, allows the firm increased flexibility to provide several alternative career paths.
