Ms. Moon’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. Her technical expertise includes computer architecture, logic design, analog and digital circuitry, semiconductor device fabrication, software, and networking.
Prior to joining WAVS IP, Ms. Moon was a special counsel at Townsend and Townsend and Crew in San Francisco litigating complex patent cases involving semiconductor devices, database management systems, and integrated circuits, among other technologies. She previously practiced at Keker & Van Nest where she worked on patent, trade secret, and securities litigation.
Ms. Moon clerked for two years for Federal District Court Judge Morris E. Lasker in the Southern District of New York.
