Patent Agent - Chemical Engineering/Materials Science

We are actively seeking a patent attorney or patent agent with excellent written communication skills, a strong chemical engineering and/or materials science and engineering background, a law degree from a top law school and a USPTO registration number.  Ideal applicants will have excellent academic credentials, significant engineering/science and legal work experience within the patent field, the ability to learn quickly a wide range of technologies, at least a small book of business and at least 3 years of experience as a patent prosecutor.  Primary responsibilities will include patent preparation, prosecution and analysis.
