Andrew Raymond provides clients with patent preparation, prosecution, litigation, and counseling services regarding innovations in a wide variety of technical fields. His experience includes particular focus on wireless communications technologies, such as cellular (LTE, LTE-A/4G, and 5G), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and near-field communication technologies. Additional focus areas include graphics encoding, data center and data network architectures, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, guided-wave communications, satellite communication systems, and wireless power transfer technologies. Mr. Raymond has extensive experience in guiding prosecution of patents in both the United States and in a number of key international jurisdictions, such as China, Japan, Korea, India, the United Kingdom (UK), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Mr. Raymond received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2003, and graduated summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University in 2000 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics.
