Brian Hahn’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and portfolio management for a broad range of technologies and their software implementations.
Brian has worked as a patent prosecutor since 2013. Prior to joining WAVS, he practiced at a boutique IP firm and obtained patents for large corporations including Apple, GoPro, and Charter Communications, startups such as Brain Corporation (robotics and artificial intelligence), and individual applicants. He also assisted companies in-house with their IP matters. Prior to his legal career, Brian assisted with development of implantable MEMS devices at UCLA and with leukemia research at City of Hope National Medical Center.
On the side, Brian has helped thousands of law school graduates prepare for the bar exam with unique insights published in his website and email newsletters.
