Experienced Professionals
Many experienced professionals, including associates and partners from other law firms, have discovered that coming to WAVS IP is an excellent career move. WAVS IP does not have an “up or out” policy, but instead welcomes skilled professionals whether or not they intend to seek partnership. Because our practitioners are paid a percentage of their collected billings, experienced professionals may choose a billing and compensation level comparable to that of a large firm or may choose to have more time.
We are always interested in exploring possible employment opportunities with experienced practitioners who have a mature self-supporting practice.
